Barossa Valley & Adelaide Hills – 60 Minutes

After our friendly staff take your photo standing next to the helicopter (with YOUR camera), you will then be guided to your seat and helped to get strapped in. Once you have your seat belt on, are comfortable and have your personal head set ready to put on, your pilot will then start the helicopter for a ride of your life.

Lifting off from the helipad your pilot will guide you on a flight that will take you south towards the Whispering Wall, if you have not heard of or visited this fantastic man made feature – your pilot will tell you all about it!

Flying south from the Whispering Wall along the eastern side of the ranges you will see the city of Adelaide, suburbs and the stunning coast.

Keeping the hills between you and the city we take you over the Big Rocking Horse at Gumeracha towards Hahndorf showcasing the beautiful rolling hills of the Adelaide Hills region.

Heading back towards the northern end of the Barossa Valley, near Angaston you will see Penrice Quarry, Lindsay Park Thoroughbred Stud and Yalumba Wines.

As we fly down the Valley from Angaston towards Nuriootpa (home of Penfolds Wines) we take you over Tanunda and south to the Jacobs Creek where you will be able to see the creek the famous wine was named after!

Tracking to Lyndoch (the Barossa Valley’s most southern town) turning into the Hoffnungsthal Valley (one of the first German settlement sites in the Barossa Valley), back to the helipad.
