Norm's Farm offers you a romantic stay on one of the first German settlement sites in the Barossa Valley, Hoffnungsthal (Valley of Hope).
This self contained guest home offers:
- Abundant provisions for a hearty country breakfast (all local produce)
- Port from our own barrels, fresh fruit and cheese
- Three bedrooms, two king size and one queen size beds, each with TV and VCR
- Two bathrooms, main bathroom with original claw foot bath, hair dryer supplied
- Country style kitchen including; fridge/freezer, stove/oven. microwave and dishwasher
- Washing machine/dryer/Iron

RATES:
$195 per bedroom per night*
Weekends: 2 night minimum (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday)
Long Weekends: 3 night minimum
Barossa events: 2 night minimum
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All bookings require a 50% deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 48 hours of your booking date will incur a 50% fee of the total tariff.
