Entrance to Reception

The entrance to our reception area is accessible, with a smooth walkway surface leading from the car park to the door.
Reception to Pergola

From the reception, guests can access the pergola via a level walkway.
Bathroom Facilities

We provide an accessible bathroom with easy-to-use fixtures and ample space for maneuverability.
Grass to Helicopter

The path from the grassed area to the helicopter is well-maintained and smooth, allowing for easy access.
Golf Buggy

For guests requiring assistance, a golf buggy is available to transport them from reception to the helipad.
Helicopter Access

The doors of our Robinson R44 helicopters are wide and easily accessible. We provide measurements for those who need to plan accordingly.
Customer Service and Common Courtesies
At Barossa Helicopters, our staff is trained to be aware of and responsive to the needs of all our guests, including those with disabilities.

Pregnancy and Flying
Flying with Barossa Helicopters while pregnant is entirely safe and comfortable. Our flights do not involve any air pressure changes, making them no different from sitting in your car and driving. Whether you are in your early or late stages of pregnancy, the decision to fly is entirely up to you.
Guide or Assistance Dogs
Barossa Helicopters welcomes all guests with guide or assistance dogs. A person using a harnessed guide dog is allowed entry to all public areas, however they are not able to fly in the helicopters.
