Customer Service and Common Courtesies
Ou staff are trained to be aware of and responsive to the needs of all our guests, including those with disabilities.
We believe in:
-
Focusing on the Person: We address our guests directly, not through others, and focus on their individual needs, not their disabilities.
-
Offering Assistance: We ask guests if they require assistance before providing it and respect their wishes if they decline.
-
Communication: For guests who are Deaf or have hearing impairments, we face them directly, and use normal tone and volume. We also keep pen and paper on hand to aid communication.

Specific Accommodations
-
Booking and Contact: We offer multiple ways to book our services, including online, by phone, and by email. We also provide the same range of methods for receiving complaints.
