Christmas Partnership with Backpacks 4 SA Kids

This Christmas, Barossa Helicopters is delighted to announce a heartwarming initiative in partnership with Backpacks 4 SA Kids. From now until Christmas Eve 2024, for every scenic flight booked or gift card purchased, Barossa Helicopters will donate $5 directly to Backpacks 4 SA Kids, a charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children across South Australia.

Backpacks 4 SA Kids is a charity that supports children from newborns to 24-year-olds who have become displaced from their homes often as a result of a trauma and with little to no personal belongings.  The aim of Backpacks 4 SA Kids is to ensure each child has items of their own to help distract them from the situation they are in, have control of something that is just theirs and reduces the stress and anxiety these kids face on a daily basis.  

Since its inception, Backpacks 4 SA Kids has supported over 100,000 children, making a significant impact on the community.

Each donation helps the charity continue its mission to provide care, safety, and well-being to children during periods of dislocation from home and routine care.
